Participation in a RIN is less costly than you may think and exclusively reserved to HR and C&B employees that are actively involved in the administrative guidance of international employees within their own organization. As a participant you should in principle be prepared to share your experience and knowledge, without in any way possible harming the interests of your employer. Under no circumstances confidential information should be requested, provided or published. Information shared or provided by the participants must at all times and without any exception remain confidential and may not be published or used for commercial purposes.
If the opportunity exists and subject to the approval of the employer, participants should be prepared to host at least one meeting maximum once every 5 years. A fun way to have the other participants get acquainted with your companyyou’re your specific business environment.
For participation in the RIN network you will be asked to pay a modest yearly fee. This financial contribution is used for the costs of management and maintenance of the website. Participation in RIN is not binding, not subject to other conditions than those described and can be terminated at any time.
